Important Notification – Please read

We take fraudulent activity very seriously. As a means to negating fraudulent credit card activity occurring via we have introduced the following steps as part of your safe and secure buying experience:

1. Identification Required: If your credit card is flagged as high risk, you may be required to upload an image of your current driver’s licence as part of your purchase. This added step is to protect you and our business from increased fraudulent activity. If this step is required:

  • The image of the identification must be clear.
  • Your driver’s licence must match the name and details on the card being used in the transaction.
  • It can be a photo of your physical drivers licence or screenshot of your digital drivers licence.
  • If you don’t wish to provide this image, then we cannot process your order.

2. Active and reachable contact number: Please provide an active and reachable contact number (mobile preferred).

  • Your contact number is used for order updates including order tracking.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity before we process your order.
  • If you don’t wish to provide an active contact number, then we cannot process your order.’
