I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can generate a new temporary password, which will be sent directly to your email. You must follow the instructions in the email and log back into your account within 24 hours or the new temporary password will be invalid.

How do I keep track of my order?

Log into your Outdoor Folk Account and you will find information regarding your order status. You will also receive an email from us with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

When placing an order through the Outdoor Folk website, we accept the following payment methods PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

For most items, yes. However, we are unable to delivery to post office boxes, locked bags, or parcel lockers. For bulky items we may be unable to deliver to some remote locations depending on our courier partners.
